Camouflage Nail Art

Catrice Sir! Yes, Sir! + camouflage nail art
Catrice Sir! Yes, Sir! + camouflage nail art
I was on a little survival trip with friends last weekend, the perfect occasion to wear.. camouflage nail art! I never thought I would like it so much. I used Catrice - Sir! Yes, Sir! (too easy, hehe) as a base and I added little blobs of colour (Gosh - Groovy Grey, Zoya - Shawn & ANNY - Green Hills) on the accent nails.

Thanks for watching!

Dotted French

Dotted French with Essie Body Language + OPI You Callin' Me a Lyre?
Something simple and classy for today. I was in the mood for nude-ish nails after wearing a lot of dark colours. So I applied three coats of Essie - Body Language. Beautiful colour! I should wear it more often, but my untrieds disagree, hehe. Later I added white dots on the nail tips with a dotting tool. I finished with one coat of OPI - You Callin' Me a Lyre? to soften the colour of the dots.

Hope you like it. ^_^ Thanks for watching!

Skittle Nails with Tribal Print

Skittle Nails with Tribal Print (Bundle Monster BM-315)
Let me begin by expressing my love for the new Bundle Monster stamping plate set! I love stamped nails and all those new and fun designs are very, very inspiring. Today I used the tribal pattern from plate BM-315, is that a cool pattern or what? ♥ I'm not sure what to think of this mani though. I find black as a stamping colour often too overpowering and the nails with crooked stamps don't make me happy. I do like the idea of using a tribal print on skittle nails!

Pastel Arches

Do you guys remember this mani? And this one? During spring I love wearing pastel colours, so this time I created a pastel version. I already had Did You 'ear About Van Gogh from OPI's Holland collection on my nails, a wonderful neutral shade with good wear time. For the arched tips I used OPI - Mod About You (pink), the minty colour is Thanks a Windmillion, also from OPI. To complete this mani I placed a couple of silver dots with Millennium from China Glaze and of course I applied a good layer of top coat. I'm really pleased with this combination! Pastel ♥

Essie - Body Language

indoors
I just painted my nails with Essie - Body Language. My first Essie! But oh my, the application was horrid. :| I have to admit that I was a bit impatient, but ugh, I hate cuticle drag (that's when your 2nd coat of polish pulls off the polish from your 1st coat, causing a bald spot)! So it's better to wait a couple of minutes before you apply the next coat.
I like the color on me though; a light beige with grey undertones which looks fresh and clean on the nail. This is three coats with topcoat.
